Eligibility is confined to products that arrive damaged or defective, items sent in error, and items materially different from their listing. No-reason and preference returns are excluded.
Notice within 30 days
Tell us within 30 days after delivery and include order number, order email, explanation, and clear photographic or video evidence. Do not ship a product back until written authorization and directions are issued.
Review result
Additional information may be necessary. A substantiated request can be resolved by replacement or refund to the original method. The provider determines posting delay. A claim can be denied for misuse, wear, unauthorized return, preference change, or late notice. Shipping already performed is refunded only when required by law or approved with a fulfillment mistake.
