Eligible deliveries can be arranged within the United States. Before payment, verify every address field and provide complete recipient and contact information.
Dispatch and carrier estimate
We ordinarily need 1–2 business days to prepare a purchase. Carrier travel is expected to take 2–4 business days after dispatch, although this is not guaranteed. Weather, weekends, holidays, carrier capacity, safety review, and address correction may cause delay.
Checkout, tracking, and delivery issues
Checkout calculates all shipping cost and determines any free-shipping eligibility. Tracking is sent to the order email if available. Monitor progress and report delay, loss, damage, or delivery concerns quickly. A delivered scan should be checked against the property, household, neighbors, and carrier.
Retain packaging and document damage with photos or video. Restrictions on product, service, or destination may lead to cancellation and refund.
